A: We are located in Westlands, at Misha Towers along Westlands Road. The location is very convenient for anyone using public means or driving a car.

Q: Is your centre convenient for clients to access?

Our centre is centrally located with many major feeder roads around it. You may use this app to find your best route.

Q: Is there parking available in the building?

Yes, we have plenty of covered parking available in the basement of the building which is charged at a monthly rate.

Q: What type of office space do you offer?

We offer both private offices and co-working desk space. One takes up space depending on the number of people in the team. We also help you find the ideal solution to the requirements of your business. All our offices have externally facing windows and allow fresh air and natural light.

Q: What size offices do you have?

We have single occupancy offices, team offices, and large executive suites.

Q: What is the difference between a traditional office and a serviced office?

Traditional commercial office space lease is normally long term for a 5 year period. All furniture and fit outs are paid upfront by the client. All services are paid up by the client.

With serviced office solution, clients save on capital expense by avoiding the necessity of purchasing or leasing expensive office furniture and fit outs. The offices are plug and play at one flat fee. All services are catered for within the monthly charge. The lease is flexible ranging from 6 months to 2 years.

Q: What is a serviced office?

A serviced office is furnished and fully-equipped pay-as-you-go office space that’s located in a managed building. There are some communal areas shared by all tenants, which usually include the reception, visitors lounge, board rooms, kitchenette, and bathrooms. The all in one charge includes furniture, fittings, rent, service charge, business grade Internet, housekeeping, stand-by generator, and CCTV surveillance.

Q: What are the services that you provide?

 We Provide:

Q: Do you have boardrooms for meetings and presentations?

Yes, we have three different board rooms: 4-pax, 6-pax and 25-pax set-up. Each board room comes complete with a presentation screen and a white board.

Q: How much do you charge for the training space?

Training space is charged per person depending upon the duration of the training ranging from half-day to full-day training. You may contact us for further details.

Q: How much do you charge for the event space?

Event space is charged depending on the number of hours booked for an event.

Q: Do you offer short-term office solutions?

Yes, our terms are flexible and range from daily usage to monthly usage.

Q: Do you offer flexible lease?

Yes, clients may sign up for 6 months to 2 years period, depending upon their own convenience.

 Q: Does one require to pay a security deposit and is it refundable?

Yes, a client needs to pay two months rental as a refundable security deposit. The deposit fee is refunded, subject to assessment of the office space upon end of the contract.

Q: Apart from paying rent, what are other costs that a client should expect to pay?

VAT (all office quotes and subject to local VAT rates)

Ad-hoc services like meeting room usage, printing, and event space hire are paid per usage.

Q. What are the financial requirements upon signing the lease?

 For a 6 months lease period one would need to provide two month rental as a security deposit and one month rental in advance. For longer lease period three months rental as a security deposit and three months rental in advance is required

Q: When is the rent due?

Rent is due on the 25th day of the previous month as it is a pre-paid service.

Q. What is the exit policy?

For a 6 months lease period, one would need to provide one calendar month notice, and for longer lease period three calendar months notice is required.
